Enrollment Procedures
 
The first step to enroll your child is to fill out, completely, all of the registration information, front and back, given to you in your enrollment packet. It is very important that you list any allergies your child may have. If he / she has no allergies, please write none in this space. A current physical examination form and immunization form, obtained from your pediatrician, must be submitted within ten days of enrollment. The registration fee and first weeks tuition must be paid prior to your child being placed at Half Pints. The last page, titled Acknowledgement and Signature page, in the Policy and Procedure guide must be signed, dated and returned with all other enrollment forms.
